Software Asset Management (SAM) Technical manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business or any Technology stream.
• 3+ years of technical experience in IT System Management Experience (preferably in ITAM)
• Technical familiarity with ITAM tool such as Flexera, ServiceNow or others
• Familiarity with data visualization or AI tools (eg Tableau, Power BI, Excel, R, and MATLAB or others)
• Proficiency in programming language such as Java, Python, SQL, and C# or others for data management and analysis is an advantage
• Ability to provide technical support and resolve complex issues
• Understanding of software asset management lifecycle processes is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data
• Ability to work individually, as well as in a team and collaborate with others
• Effective communication skills to present findings and insights clearly
• Ability to learn complex technologies quickly
