Software Asset Management (SAM) Technical manager

The IT Tool Technical Manager will support the technical aspects of Software Asset Management (SAM) service across the organization. This role will focus on the technical implementation, maintenance, and support of SAM tool, ensuring high reliability, performance, and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business or any Technology stream
• 3+ years of technical experience IT System Management Experience (preferably in ITAM)
• Technical familiarity (such as maintenance, support, implementation) with ITAM tool such as Flexera, ServiceNow or others
• Familiarity with data visualization or AI tools (eg Tableau, Power BI, Excel, R, and MATLAB or others)
• Proficiency in programming language such as Java, Python, SQL, and C# or others for data management and analysis is an advantage
• Ability to provide technical support and resolve complex issues.
• Understanding of software asset management lifecycle processes is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data
• Ability to work individually, as well as in a team and collaborate with others.
• Effective communication skills to present findings and insights clearly
• Ability to learn complex technologies quickly.
