We're seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team, specializing in troubleshooting customer issues, handling escalated support cases, and possessing expertise in Java, Microservices, Linux, Oracle, cybersecurity, networking, Kafka, and L3 support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- At least 2+ years of experience in software development, troubleshooting, networking, data streaming (Kafka), and L3 support
- Strong expertise in: Java and SpringBoot, Linux operating systems, Oracle database management, Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, routers, switches, firewalls), Network protocols and architectures (LAN, WAN, VPN, cloud networking), L3 support principles and practices (troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis)
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, Effective communication and collaboration skills, Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile methodologies, network design principles, data streaming architectures, and L3 support processes
