The Global Technology Service Management function is a new team that designs, implements, and manages next generation Service Management policies, processes, and solutions. The ServiceNow Engineer will develop the ServiceNow platform, guide the development team, and enforce platform engineering and development standards.
Requirements
- Contributes to the ServiceNow platform roadmap and strategy
- Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform in alignment with the strategy
- Enforce platform engineering and development standards
- Review and evaluate demand for fit and alignment to products and identify complex features requiring additional due diligence
- Provide input to and sign off on solution design for complex features
- Adhere to ServiceNow code quality control processes and routines
