Software Engineering, Sr. Advisor - St. Louis, MO

The job profile for this position is Software Engineering, Senior Advisor, responsible for performing hands-on application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of applications, as well as working with architects and developers to fulfill updates and new features. The position also involves creating and enhancing Incident Management, Problem Management, and other related applications, as well as managing the administration and configuration of tasks in the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering
• 5 years of experience as an Associate – Projects, Software Engineer, or in a related occupation
• Experience coding and testing
• Experience enhancing and developing user sites
• Experience executing retrofit projects for applications undergoing major enhancements
• Experience creating project plans, identifying and managing change in project scopes, key dependencies, and potential crises
• Experience identifying, analyzing, and executing risk mitigation plans
• Experience ensuring delivery of application changes
• Experience establishing version control mechanisms
• Experience using: ServiceNow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), C#, Splunk and Jira
