As a Solution Architect-AIOps & Service Operations-Senior Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The role requires technical leadership, expertise in AIOps and Observability-related technology, and the ability to drive technology change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 year(s) of experience
• Certification(s) Preferred: ITIL 4, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Operations Management (CIS-ITOM), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Event Management (CIS-EM), BMC Certified Professional: Helix Operations Management, BMC Certified Professional: Helix Discovery
• Technical leadership role as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect (or similar)
• Expertise in one or more of the following: DevOps, Serverless, Networking, Security, Storage, Databases, IOT, AI/ML, Cloud Migration and IT Transformation
• Drive the interpretation and translation of client goals into technical specifications, delivering a POV on specific technologies, and driving technology change
