ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Sales Executive to oversee market success of its CRM & Industry Workflows products. The successful candidate will achieve sales quotas, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outcomes-based solutions to clients and prospects.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Experience in solution sales, preferably within a Customer Service Management / CRM / CX / CPaaS vendor
  • An understanding of the CRM or CX solution-related business processes
