We are looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team. The role will involve implementing sales compensation programs, building and designing compensation reporting infrastructure, and performing audits and reconciliation of credit and commissions.
Requirements
- Expert Level Proficiency with Excel and attention to detail
- 4+ years of work experience in Sales Compensation / Operation / Analytics area
- 4+ years of work experience with Xactly commission software or similar commission application, plus a working experience with SalesForce, Workday, ServiceNow
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills, a demonstrated professional experience in content creation, data analysis & reporting
- Comfortable with fast pace environments and desire to own, re-build, improve upon existing processes
- Team player who can partner well across various departments but also able to work independently
