Sr analyst Software Engineering

DXC Technology seeks a Sr. Analyst Software Engineering to provide critical support for a suite of IBM Rational applications used by the Embedded Software group. The role maintains application performance, resolves incidents, and performs upgrades, configuration, and user account management.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Windows and UNIX/Linux Server Administration
• Experience in installation, configuration, and upgrade of enterprise software
• Hands-on experience managing Incident and request tickets using ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow)
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application issues and support end users
• Previous experience supporting IBM Rational suite of tools
• Informix database administration skills
• Experience with Distributed Change Management (DCM)
• Familiarity with embedded software development environments
• DXL scripting experience for DOORS support
