We are looking for a talented leader and experienced product marketer to lead the IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) product and solutions marketing team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the marketplace and the challenges and outcomes that CIOs and CTOs are striving for.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management, product marketing, or general marketing experience with at least 5 years of experience in B2B customer service technologies
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Strong ability to inspire and coach, with a proven record of accomplishment of hiring, managing, and leading high-performance teams
- Results-driven, and comfortable with both the analytical and creative sides of marketing
- Extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to go from executive level guidance to hands-on executor as needed
- Demonstrated ability to work across functions within and outside of Marketing, building relationships to drive results
- Natural understanding of needs of IT Workflows customers across multiple types of organizations and industry verticals
