We are seeking a skilled Sr HRIS Systems specialist to join our esteemed financial services firm. As a Sr HR Systems Specialist you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our global Human Resources Systems. This role plays a vital part in providing initial Tier II support, troubleshooting issues, performing system configuration, and participating in internal and cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in depth system administration experience within any ERP/LMS (preference to Workday, Cornerstone, HR ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be organized, flexible, deadline driven.
- Creative thinking and strong dedication to customer service
- Strong knowledge of human capital management tasks and HR processes
- Strong technical aptitude
- Demonstrated integrity in handling confidential employee information in a professional manner.
