Sr Inbound Product Manager - ITAM BU, Cloud Cost Management

ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned Product Manager for its Cloud Cost Management solution. The successful candidate will lead key aspects of product execution and strategy, working with Design, Engineering, and other PM leaders to define and build the capabilities to power the next generation of the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or FinOps environments.
• Experience with FinOps principles, Cloud Operations and Hyperscalers
• Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
• Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
• Deep curiosity about customer needs, along with building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
