Sr. Manager, Leaves & Accommodations

HubSpot is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Leaves and Accommodations to join our People Operations team. This position will play a critical role in developing and leading strategic leave of absence and accommodation programs while ensuring compliance with global regulations and HubSpot policies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in leave of absence and accommodation program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge and application of leave laws, accommodation practices, and regulations.
• Proven experience managing third-party leave administration solutions and leveraging HRIS for process automation.
• Previous experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
• Expertise in strategic program development, data analysis, and process optimization.
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and drive results.
• Experience managing multi-state and/or global absence and accommodation programs, with shared services experience.
• Able to proactively identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Demonstrated success in driving change in ambiguous environments and managing shifting priorities.
• A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to influence across all levels of leadership.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability with a commitment to service excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Proven experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing teams to achieve high performance.
