Pfizer is seeking a Sr. Manager, ServiceNow ITOM Architect to design, develop, and implement IT operations management processes and systems using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow ITOM, ITOM administration/management, and experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

- certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
