We're seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow DevOps Engineer to drive modernization efforts on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules, automation, integrations, and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
  • Deep expertise in ITOM and ITSM
  • Proven expertise in ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB best practices
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development (scripting, workflows, business rules, integrations) and automation capabilities
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and MID Servers
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and HTML for advanced customizations and automation
  • Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and optimize system configurations for performance, scalability, and security
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and drive adoption
  • Commitment to IT security best practices, ensuring compliance with data confidentiality, integrity, and governance policies
