McDonald's Sr. ServiceNow Developer role is responsible for engineering change automation solutions, driving continuous improvement, and facilitating adoption of standards to ensure the deployment of highly available, fault-tolerant code. The role entails designing, developing, and implementing solutions for various ServiceNow and DevOps tools integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is highly desirable
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certification is a plus
- Familiarity with containerization platforms like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, monitoring & observability tools, and rollback, backup, and recovery strategies
- Strong knowledge of DevOps automation and modern deployment tools, microservice architecture, APIs, and cloud technology and infrastructure-as-code tools
