Sr. Vendor Management Analyst

The GCS team seeks an experienced Senior Vendor Management Analyst who will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring the performance of contracted vendors within the Carnival Corporation Global Cybersecurity Services (GCS) Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or Information Technology
• 3+ years of experience in vendor management, service delivery, or contract management
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, Familiarity with Contract Management Systems
• Experience designing or monitoring SLAs, working in vendor management for a large, shared services organization
• Experience with cybersecurity vendors is a big plus
