Staff IT Project/Program Manager

Lead and manage data analytics initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and track performance metrics. Champion data governance and analytics best practices. 10+ years of project/program management experience and at least 3 years in Data and Analytics domain required.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 10+ years of project/program management experience
• At least 3 years of experience working in the Data and Analytics domain
• Strong understanding of data analytics processes, tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python), and lifecycle
• Proven experience managing large-scale or complex data initiatives or portfolios
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, problem solving, conflict resolution management, active listening, time management and interpersonal skills
