The Student Services Coordinator II reports to the Assistant Director of Scholarship Operations in Student Financial Support. The position is responsible for assisting with a variety of scholarship processes and transactions. The role involves working collaboratively with all office staff, including campus partners across the USU system.
Requirements
- Four years of experience; or an associate degree plus two years of experience; or a bachelor's degree is required.
- Knowledge, skillset, or potential related to the specific duties & responsibilities of the position.
- Experience in Higher Education
- Utah State University Experience
- Familiarity with any of the following systems: Office 365, Banner, CampusLogic (StudentForms, CampusCommunicator, ScholarshipUniverse), ServiceNow.
