Summer Internship: Global Technology Solutions (GTS) (Remote)

BeiGene is seeking a motivated and technically skilled intern to support initiatives across GTS platforms, including ServiceNow, the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and LeanIX. This internship offers hands-on experience in platform administration, system inventory management, and the delivery of high-impact GTS solutions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, UX Design, or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience or exposure to ServiceNow or comparable ITSM/helpdesk platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of LeanIX or experience with IT asset management tools is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and propose creative solutions.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software, tools, and methodologies.
• Skilled in working as part of a cross-functional team and build positive relationships with colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for continuous learning and applying new technologies to real-world challenges.
