System Analyst

Cologix is searching for a System Analyst to be the bridge between software teams and business units, evaluating, documenting, and launching custom software and integrations. The individual will work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure software solutions meet business objectives.

Requirements

• BA in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software analytics, programming, IT, and/or systems support
• Experience designing, scaling, and supporting high performing systems
• Proven track record working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical team members
• Proficiency in creating clear and concise software requirement documents, use cases, and user stories
• Working experience in a distributed software architecture
• Knowledge in programming concepts and code languages such as JavaScript, SuiteScript, and Apex and/or similar languages preferred
• Experience supporting common enterprise ERP & CRM platforms, including NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, MuleSoft, or related systems
• Experience with software development tools like Jira or similar
