Systems and Infrastructure Engineer II

The ADE is hiring a Systems and Infrastructure Engineer II that will provide support for all displayed digital media content in all of Walmart and Sam’s retail locations. The role involves a variety of responsibilities focused on technology solution automation, infrastructure maintenance, requirement and scoping analysis, coding, issue resolution, capacity management, configuration management, infrastructure design, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field; OR 3 years of experience in technology infrastructure engineering.
• Experience with ServiceNow Incident Management and Jira a plus
• Scripting experience using Power Shell, and other languages such as Java Script, or Python
• Possess A “Can do” attitude and drive with an eagerness to learn new skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Process-oriented with documentation skills.
