We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Specialist to support and enhance our recruiting operations. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless hiring process by managing interview scheduling, routing jobs and offers for approval, tracking candidate evaluations, generating reports, and overseeing the offer letter process.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations.
- At least 2 years of experience using Greenhouse ATS to manage recruiting processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Familiarity with recruitment reporting and analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
