As a Technical Advisor, you will be crucial to our post-implementation phase, guaranteeing smooth transitions, seamless integration, and ongoing support. You will work with clients and internal teams to resolve complex application issues, upgrades, and system changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in application support, with at least 3-5 years in a technical lead role, ideally in the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong expertise in software integration, including APIs, third-party services, and data synchronization.
- Solid understanding of financial applications, banking systems, and core financial processes.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application performance, security, and integration.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, and service management best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms and related financial software deployment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance standards
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow) and collaboration platforms (Confluence, SharePoint).
