Technical Consultant ServiceNow (m/w/d)

Tasks:

• Provide independent customer consulting in workshops and create professional and technical solution designs based on ServiceNow
• Analyze, identify, and consolidate the professional and technical requirements with our customers and be the direct point of contact
• Interact directly with departments and lead technical concepts for development in ServiceNow from professional requirements
• Support in expanding the partnership with ServiceNow
• Work closely with your colleagues from development

What we expect from you:

Must-haves:

• Several years of experience in the consulting field with a focus on ServiceNow (initiation and planning, conception, implementation, and operation)
• Very good knowledge of solution and interface concepts
• Certified in the ServiceNow areas Application Specialist and Implementer, as well as PRINCE2 and/or Scrum
• Completed study of economics and information technology or completed training with IT focus and corresponding additional qualifications and relevant work experience
• Bring corresponding methodological competence (waterfall, Scrum, and hybrid) and experience with support and ticket systems
• Agile project work is not just a buzzword for you, but methodically sound and an integral part of your work.
• You work independently, customer-oriented, flexibly, and performance-oriented
• You maintain perfect manners of address and communicate fluently in German and English (C1 or native language)

• You are open to new technology and digitalization topics and approach problem-solving pragmatically. Your working style is independently responsible, and you are flexible and performance-oriented.
