Smartsheet is seeking a Technical Partner Manager to join their team in the EMEA region. The role will involve supporting GTM partners, providing technical guidance, and driving business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Information Systems (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a System/Solutions Engineer or similar role with a focus on the EMEA region
  • Experience with a services-centric partner community in B2B Software (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, others)
  • Understanding of enterprise software Professional Services practice economics
  • Passion for working with leading edge, web-based technologies and a desire to deeply understand Smartsheet’s benefits, use cases, and business and technical elements
  • 5-7 years of experience in a technical field (e.g., consulting, software technical support, training, customer success, etc.)
  • Fluency in French and/or Spanish, other European languages preferred
