Technical Product Owner

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our OneTech North American Quality (NAQ) Systems & Technology Platforms team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and experience in implementing complex applications and developing effective solutions to business challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration with IT focus, Management Information Systems, related disciplines, or relevant 7 years of professional work experience
• Broad-based IT experience in successfully implementing complex applications and/or developing effective solutions to diverse and complex business challenges and opportunities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts, influence and persuade the business, and make recommendations to leadership
• Experience in application production support, ensuring SLAs are adhered to and upgrades occur as needed
• Understanding of OneTech specific processes and applications (ex: CMDB, ServiceNow, Incident Management, Problem Reporting, Request for Change, JIRA, Confluence)
• Understanding of AWS Cloud, Java, Angular technology, Scrum/Agile experience or certification
