We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the Mass Remediation Program (MRP). The role focuses on software-based remediation programs and requires strategic coordination, technical depth, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on customer impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or engineering leadership, ideally within the storage, SaaS, or enterprise tech sector.
- Strong understanding of storage systems, hardware/software lifecycles, and large-scale product deployments.
- Proven experience in incident management, postmortem/root cause analysis, and customer-facing remediation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with executive audiences.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Tableau, and project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
