We're seeking a Technical Program Manager, Service Logistics to drive automation and process improvements within our Global Service Logistics organization. This role is critical for optimizing our business operations, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling smoother customer experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ yrs experience as a Technical Program Manager, ideally with a focus on process automation and improvement.
- 3+ yrs experience with project management, including use of program management tools, such as Jira, Lucid, TestRail, SmartSheets or equivalent.
- Install Base experience is a bonus.
- Experience in Global Service Logistics systems and processes preferred.
- Deep understanding of Global Service Logistics management principles and practices.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, & NetSuite preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a global logistics and supply or similar field.
