Bird is looking for a Technology Procurement Specialist to oversee the acquisition and management of technology assets and services, including the review of national procurement strategies for printers and mobility solutions, and the management of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement, asset management, or a similar role
  • Proven experience managing IT procurement strategies, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
  • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB management is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking equipment, and mobility solutions
  • Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle management, including configuration management databases (CMDB)
  • Knowledge of printer and mobility procurement strategies, as well as IT service delivery models
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools to monitor procurement performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
