As a Technology Services Analyst, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a customer-centric area, and ensuring laptop and peripheral stock is received, maintained, and managed. You will also be responsible for floorwalking and desk management, and troubleshooting technical faults before they are reported.
Requirements
- Strong customer and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience using ServiceNow (or other service management tools) for Incident and Request resolution
- Knowledge in ITIL practices, and preferred certification in ITIL 3 or 4
- Sound understanding of Windows architecture and tools, as well as decent proficiency in Mac architecture and tools
- Sound understanding of mobile technologies, such as iOS and Android troubleshooting
