As a Technology Services Senior Consultant, you will provide technical support to customers, manage inventory, and engage with users to deliver impactful outcomes. The role requires strong customer and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, and experience with ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Strong customer and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience using ServiceNow (or other service management tools) for Incident and Request resolution
- Knowledge in ITIL practices, and preferred certification in ITIL 3 or 4
- Sound understanding of Windows architecture and tools, as well as decent proficiency in Mac architecture and tools
- Sound understanding of mobile technologies, such as iOS and Android troubleshooting
