We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Information Technology Support Engineer to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will be an innovative problem-solver, who thrives in an environment that utilizes their broad skillset.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT technical support and administration for Windows and Mac
  • Strong experience in administration and troubleshooting IT servers, applications, and services
  • Expertise in software and hardware installation and configuration
  • Experience with Administration of Microsoft 365
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, including administration of routers, switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices
  • Experience using a ticketing system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk) for incident management
  • Hands-on experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities, particularly in translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
