Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT technical support and administration for Windows and Mac
- Strong experience in administration and troubleshooting IT servers, applications, and services
- Expertise in software and hardware installation and configuration
- Experience with Administration of Microsoft 365
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including administration of routers, switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs
- Familiarity with IT security best practices
- Experience using a ticketing system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk) for incident management
- Hands-on experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities, particularly in translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
