As a TechZone Consultant, you will be the 'face of IT' providing customer service and technical support to users. The role involves maintaining a customer-centric area, inventory management, and floorwalking to engage with the user base.

Requirements

  • Strong customer and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Experience using ServiceNow (or other service management tools)
  • Knowledge in ITIL practices and certification in ITIL 3 or 4
  • Sound understanding of Windows architecture and tools, as well as decent proficiency in Mac architecture and tools
  • Sound understanding of mobile technologies, such as iOS and Android troubleshooting
