Requirements

• Seasoned vertical/domain/industry expertise
• Consulting and client engagement experience
• Excellent understanding of business transformation and strategic thinking
• Seasoned problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced ability to focus on detail with understanding of how it impacts the business strategically
• Excellent client service orientation with ability to work in high-pressure situations
• Seasoned ability to establish and manage processes and practices
• Certified Management Consultant (CMC) preferred
• Relevant industry-specific accreditations and/or affiliations preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology and/or Business Management or a related field
