Unified Communications Engineer II

We are seeking a Unified Communications Engineer to join our team to implement a new datacenter supporting all of United Wholesale Mortgage operations. The successful candidate will ensure the stable operation of our enterprise Cisco Unified Communications systems using a Plan, Build, Operate model.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the administration of Cisco Unified Communication systems
• Cisco Unified Communications Manager
• Cisco Unity Connection
• Cisco IM & Presence
• Cisco Contact Center Enterprise
• CUBE/Gateway troubleshooting experience
• Call Recording Applications
• Linux operating systems
• Scripting/API
• SQL, MS DB, MySQL or MariaDB
• Vendor Relationship Management
• Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, team members and clients
• Experience working in ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with ability to multitask and adapt, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience working with IT frameworks (Agile, ITIL)
• Onsite, full-time attendance
• Participate on product recommendations, POC and evaluations
• Present solutions to business leaders on technology recommendations
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Pontiac, Michigan
