  • Compunetix Mission Voice Platform
  • Cisco/Juniper routing/switching platforms
  • VMware ESXI platform
  • QoS policies over WAN
  • PBX
  • AWS (Amazon Web Services) environment
  • JIRA and ServiceNow
  • DISA STIGs
  • CompTIA Security+ or similar for IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification
