The Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow will work on various programs to support customer projects in Enterprise and Telecom Business units, modernizing legacy applications by migrating them to ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience within IT sector. ServiceNow experience is a major plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on product development and professional service contracts
• Strong customer service focus, project planning, and organizational skills
• Experience in the development of standard documentation - requirements specifications, use cases, design specifications, test plans and test scripts and other supporting system documentation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment and to coordinate amongst diverse program stakeholders
• Experience with testing software, tracking issues, and working with developers to ensure that requirements are being met
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate effective meetings and workshops
