Workday Services Senior HCM Consultant

WPP is seeking a Workday Services Senior HCM Consultant to join their team in Chennai, India. The role will involve providing post-go-live support for Workday HCM, diagnosing and resolving issues, and maintaining up-to-date process documentation. The ideal candidate will have four years of Workday experience, strong communication skills, and experience with ServiceNow or similar service management software.

Requirements

• Four years’ Workday experience across Workday HCM including absence, time tracking, recruitment and talent, preferably in a global organization
• Ability to identify opportunities to extend Workday usage to meet business requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Takes ownership of queries and successfully resolve
• Experience of using ServiceNow or similar service management software
• Effective team player and experience of working with others to achieve a common goal
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and confident communicator across all mediums
• Ability to deliver to deadlines and priorities effectively
• Experience of improving ways of working and processes
• Knowledge and experience of cross functional working on both HR and finance processes an advantage
