We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our team in learning, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow's Generative AI solutions, with a particular focus on AIOps.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, IT, AI, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or a strong interest in learning the platform
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or automation concepts is a plus
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) or AIOps is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
