User Access Administrator responsible for developing and maintaining policies and processes for Access Administration, consolidating platforms, and supporting Service Desk and education teams.

Requirements

  • Identity Lifecycle Governance Administration tools like SailPoint IIQ, Oracle Identity Mgr etc.
  • ITSM/Ticketing tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy etc.
  • Advance level Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • User/Access Provisioning into platforms like • Active Directory • Mainframe/RACF • Databases like Oracle/SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL/Netezza/etc. • Servers like Windows/Unix/RHEL/Solaris/etc. • SaaS/COTS/Custom applications

  • Assist and support Service Desk, Deskside Support personnel, and other service providers, application teams in trouble shooting and resolving access related Incidents and troubleshooting activities

  • Perform weekly termination and transfer reconciliation against all SOX and Applications deemed critical
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to user access provisioning systems
  • Providing training and support to end-users on IAM systems and related policies and procedures
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices in IAM systems and technology
  • Should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of IAM technologies and best practices
