10780 - Project Manager II

The Project Manager II is responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from mitigation to delivery. This includes coordinating work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners, developing detailed project plans, and managing all implementation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• PMP Certification
• Proficiency in all Microsoft products (Project, Word, Excel, Ppt, Visio, SharePoint)
• Experience using Project Server (plus)
• Project Management Office (PMO) experience (plus)
• Experience with automotive industry (plus)
• Data Analysis skills (SQL data extraction, exporting to MS Excel, data manipulation, Report Formatting, and analysis)
• ITIL v3 certification or understanding (plus)
• Knowledge in ServiceNow or other related ITSM ticketing tools (plus)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks / projects in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated with a desire to improve skills, processes and procedures
