Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Consistent record of exceeding individual sales quotas in enterprise accounts
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT landscape, including SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow
- Strong technical acumen in software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Native Japanese language skills with excellent business English proficiency
- Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales
- Experience in territory development and market expansion
