We are seeking a high-impact Advisory Solution Consultant to join our CRM & Industry Workflows team, supporting the West Business Services Area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in enterprise selling environments, is confident leading multi-threaded discovery sessions, and can translate pain points into strategic, value-based CRM solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting, enterprise sales engineering, or related technical customer-facing experience
- Experience engaging Business Services customers or similar industries (e.g., real estate services, consulting, logistics, security, outsourcing)
- A proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles with enterprise buyers across multiple business units
- Expertise in building pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and influencing deal strategy with Sales
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based CRM, customer service, or workflow platforms (ServiceNow or equivalent)
- A strong grasp of value-selling principles, business case development, and storytelling through demos
- Passion for innovation and curiosity in applying AI and automation to real-world business problems
- Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes
- Ability to travel as necessary to support territory needs
