Join ServiceNow as a Solution Consultant and have a major impact on our future success by supporting Employee Experience, Specialist Solution Consultant. You will guide revenue for one of our products with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Proven Pre-Sales skills: excellent communication skills in writing, speaking and presenting
- 5+ years of experience in Employee Experience, and/or Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (SaaS experience is preferable) and/or ERP Service Delivery and/or General Shared Service related skills
- Experience in communicating with both business decision makers and technical decision makers
- High degree of energy, drive and is passionate about evangelising our capabilities & success internally and externally
- Team-player and great collaborator – experience working with cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Alliance Partners, etc to drive results
- Quick learner – someone who exhibits ability to learn new technology and grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
- Agile, results-oriented with creative problem-solving skills
- Self-starter – ability to effectively complete tasks and projects with minimal supervision
- Proficiency of the ServiceNow Platform or technical expertise with cloud software is advantageous
