The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer will serve as application support for the ServiceNow Platform, responsible for day-to-day development and administration of the Vertiv ServiceNow platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development
- ServiceNow ITSM Administrator certification required
- ServiceNow Application Developer certification preferred
- ITIL v3 Foundations Certification preferred
- Working experience with front-end programming languages: JavaScript, Bootstrap, and AngularJS
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow integrations including but not limited to Active Directory, LDAP, and relational databases (SQL, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in Agile\\Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience building catalog requests for use on the Service Portal required
- Experience building integrations (SOAP/REST) in order to automate communication with other platforms (Active Directory, etc.) required
