DTCC is looking for an Application Support Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, deploying, and supporting applications, programs, and software solutions. They will work closely with development teams, infrastructure partners, and internal/external clients to raise and resolve technical support incidents.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of related experience
- Experience working with Snowflake, Talend or other ETL tools
- Experience in working on ServiceNow
- Service now and CA autosys scheduler knowledge, with basic knowledge to prepare JIL scripts
- Knowledge of SQL,PowerBI report, scripting languages like Python/Shell scripting
- Knowledge of SaaS based applications
- AWS or Azure experience would be a good value add
- Oncall support with flexible work arrangement
