Applications Support Specialist

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT technical roles, and 3+ years experience in enterprise applications support in a level 2 or 3 capacity
• Salesforce administrator experience (certifications highly regarded)
• Experience in Microsoft stack (Teams, SharePoint Online, Power BI etc)
• Relevant qualifications in IT, computer science, engineering, or similar
• Experience of working in fast paced, high-volume environment
• Familiar with ITIL Foundation
• Experience with service management tools (e.g. Freshservice, ServiceNow, etc.)
