The RBA is seeking a dynamic Development Lead to join our IT Service Management Platform Team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will oversee the development, testing, and delivery activities for enhancements to our platform, managing a team of developers and collaborating closely with the Platform and external managed services support teams.
Requirements
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to best practices within an Agile framework.
- Platform Management: Collaborate with the Technical Solution Lead and support team to manage and resolve platform issues, keeping the platform up to date with the latest features and security patches.
- Agile Development and Delivery: Assist in developing and implementing new features and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and high code quality.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage demand, and provide updates on progress, testing, risks, and issues.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure changes follow structured testing and change management processes to minimise risk.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends to ensure the platform evolves with industry best practices.
