The Senior Process Specialist will work with ServiceNow teams to achieve Operational Excellence through process mapping, value chain analysis, and continuous improvement exercises. The role requires experience in leveraging AI in work processes and knowledge of Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Lean Six Sigma.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Previous experience or aptitude and interest in learning for following disciplines: Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Organisational and Operational Change Management, Problem Management, Operations Analysis, ITIL V3, Project Management.
- Ability to obtain a Federal Government Clearance as an Australian Citizen residing in Australia
